Master Materkowski live outside of Lakewood up in the mountains and he has horror stories of all the snow falls..
 
Let see my Lease is good until March of next year and the Mall gave out thirty day eviction notices on Friday. Talk to the Mall management today and demolition starts 1st of February, so we must be out by January 10th of 2008. Thay are starting on the new location Monday but they have a finish date of the end of January, so just pissed about that and Know I cannot go anywhere over the Holidays for I need to be here with contractors to make sure we have everything done by January 10th.

So no trip out to Cali. and then up north to Ohio and michidan as we plained. I hate it when i cannot follow though on plans that is all.

Yo put the icing on the cake Zachary i ssupoose to be in Colorado Spring fr the Junior National Tean trails Jan. 1st - Jan. 8th, which right now does not look possible to me.

Next to that it has been a wonderful weekend.
 
Is there anything you and the other tenants can do legally to tie them up for a bit? I mean, if you have it in writing that you needed to be out by a certain date, now they changed it, you may have some legal recourse.

No the City of Arlington is being pressure by Jerry Jones and Tom Hicks they own the Cowboys and the Rangers and they want there neww 100 million dollar Victory park done by the next Superbowl that is coming here, so we are screwed. I can have everything done if I'm here watching and making sure but that does not help my word to people about coming to visit and train with plus taking Zachary to Junior Natioal Teanm Trail. I will get over it and so will Zach. he will just wait until AAU Junior Team trail and make there Team at national I guess.
 
Well, that sux ... you'll get through it like you stated. There will be other vacations. I would think the worse part of it all is your son's dilemma.
