Today is another busy working day putting out fires. I have some strong arming to do today and a little medical billing. Let's hope the people I have to strong arm understand that if they do not acquiese then the consequences will be unpleasant for them.

Doing OK, Drac ... how's the therapy coming along? Any progress?

Today we have our frist public appearance for our new school. We'll be in one of the major fitness facilities, talking to folks and passing out informational brochures.

Lots of progress, being totally off my feet for the first 2 months really helped...The BEST of luck with your school...You gonna do a demo for them???? Always a crowd pleasure and a chance to grab the attention of potential students..

thats awsome. Found out Ill more than likely have to miss the M&G AGAIN because of surgery to repair my knee, if I need it
