Agreed, I was with one of the most commercial, so anything would be an improvement. I was starting to butt heads with my old instructor. Different thoughts, I wanted more reality, he thought that meant making more intense faces while doing forms ... LOL ... a bit of an exaggeration I suppose.
LOL! I hear ya. I came up around the old school, at it's ending era. I was used to that. Then the commercialization took hold, and slowly progressed. I constantly butted heads, believe me on that one!

Yeah, me too ... I was SKK from 1985 - 1992 or so, then took a break until 2003.

LOL ... I would hope I didn't scare you off. It's actually frustrating sometimes, the REP Power, I would like to be able to give persons more at times, but the rules are the rules.

Not bad, mostly finishing prior to judging, which is a good thing
Absolutely. I never like things going to the judges.
