Had my 2 surgery on my shoulder. going ok PT is hard but working. feels good today. went to Bethal CT saturday for a seminar with Bruce Juchnik Hanshi. Great time learned a lot. so much to work on and so little time... Going to reno NV in October for a weekend of Training with all kinds of top masters.
