I know where you are coming from. It has shot up to an amazing -4F here right now. Hard to believe it was 40F here on Saturday, todays high is supposed to be 2. Right now with the wind it is -24F and I am a bit discouraged, I was hoping for an early Spring. Tomorrow night we are going to combine a couple of the Adult classes and do some snow/ice training, that should suck mightily as it is supposed to be below 0 by the time class starts.

I was a Trainer for the Football team, cause I was to fat and uncoordinated to play..I remember the guys coming in and their flesh would be bright red with cold..

It is raw here today as well. Supposed to get warm again by the week-end again, so that is something to look forward to. Tomorrow though is supposed to be even colder. Sometimes I wish I lived in the Cayman Islands: Warm water, warm temps., hot ... Oh, ooops, lost my train of thought for a minute.

Instead, here I am in the frozen North enjoying this...
