Nope. I'm trying to get back into some sort of shape. So, for the last few weeks, gone is the soda, (never was a coffee drinker), and in is just spring water, and occassional O.J. I used to do the Big Gulp of pepsi. That's how I got into this physical mess. Nothing to eat or drink when on the 3rd shift, but, junk food, it seems.

I too have fighting the never ending Battle-of-The-Bulge..I can give up a lot of beloved things EXCEPT my Coca Cola...Hey, 7 more post and you'll hit 3,000..

I hear ya...Dude I quit smoking for 2 years and gained 65 lbs..I started smoking again and lost 15 lbs in the first month..So NOW I'm attempting to taper off the cigarettes and food and increase my exercise..But I STLL ain't giving up my beloved Coke
