I'm glad it's just sore - it's always hard for a foot to heal, because you have to use it, not like an arm.

Broke the 5th metatarsal on my left foot during my bouncer and went to the ER..They charged me $ 300.00 and told me to keep my weight off it for the next few weeks..

I've been sitting on my butt and it already feels better..I go home and rub in some White Flower Oil and it will be better my morning..I'm sitting in dispatch tomorrow so it will be another day to heal..

That sounds about right charge you for common info. and then tell you to keep off it for a week.
