I'm a little sore today as well, but for completely different reasons. Got back into BBT(had to leave for a while do to gas prices) and the ukemi kills me.

You know Jeff there is a reason BBT practitioner's have legs of steel. All that getting up off the ground from all the rolling and break falls. Glad you could start up again.


Well folks I am off to work. Busy, busy, busy, busy, busy day. Literally non stop so all of you have a great day and I will try to chat with you later or tomorrow.
