I am good for 2 cups in the morning to kick start my ambitions. If I intend to stay up late, or all night then it's 2 more. Sometimes I slip a cup in after dinner and pay for it.

I drank so much coffee during my rookie days and right up until my retirement that I really have to drink A LOT of it to have any real effect..
I found that once I hit my late 60s a lot of things bother me that didn't in my younger days.
Well it was a good first week of Footbal, waiting on the Cowboys to loose to make it even better..
Almost time to pack it in, another week end down the tubes.
