it looks very cool. I feel it will help a lot with my footwork which can only imporve my kempo. plus the whole qigong aspect is interesting. besides this I plan to take a weekend off, go up to the northeast and learn some iron palm from Dale Dugas

Well, I found a couple of videos on Youtube, looks strange to me, but then that's probably cause I don't understand it.

I moved to LA to get away from snow. It's still way too cold here for me. It'll be about 50 today. But nothing is insulated like in Chicago. I'm always much colder here than I ever was in Chicago. I think it's cuz I think, "it's not supposed to get cold in Los Angeles.:ultracool
