Tell me something good...

Good plan. It's a lot less of a degraded environment than Wales or England. Can't give you any advice though, never been there
I would really like to visit Wales and the countryside, I’m not much for big cities, my wife wants to spend a couple days in London but I couldn’t care less. That said I’m going to Japan in 2027 and 2029…

We visited Wales some years ago for a couple days. We stayed in a B & B in Caernarfon, a walled city from the Middle Ages. Pretty amazing place. Wales is beautiful.

It's going well. I have a few hours of detail to go but it should be finished sometime next week

Thanks. A lot of folks are really engaged and excited to be there so its been great so far. I'm pretty lucky that I get to do this as a passion project vs a needed income so I think that makes it more rewarding.
For certain. I could not imagine going into my fist school startup as a fulltime, sole income gig. Well, it was still pretty much fulltime.

I might have a one man show in the near future with a cool, young gallery. They like my stuff. The best part is, they're small and they're young. We can grow together.
I did a blue one

Never ever give up! Lost my special needs son, never had a chance to establish a career so never had a chance at having a family, have dyslexia, mild cerebral palsy, losing my hearing, both my parents are dying at the same time,
No one understands me at first, but in time they do(so very very hard at first) a little introverted but working on that, just don’t talk much! But intelligent, but been given the opportunity to make martial arts my life and I’m going for it, did very very poorly on my 2 degree brown belt test which I just hate like hell, but since it’s a journey it seems I have time. So everything works out in time, it’s just going through that time multiple times that’s hard. But will always stay humble and kind hearted!! Enjoy the journey!
Rock on, brother. And keep rocking on.

Did my regular workout, but with the 40kg dumbbell. Endorphins are coursing through my system and I am feeling a lot better

Cortisone shot to the shoulder, pt pending, shoulder actually moves like it is supposed to, a little stiff, but little or no pain. Returning to train wing chun again next week
