Grand Master Lee Chong Woo
(1929-2015)

Grand Master Lee Chong Woo (Ex-Vice president of Kukkiwon, Incumbent Kukkiwon Senior Member) passed away on Saturday 8 August 2015.

His funeral will be conducted with Taekwondo Funeral Service by the Kukkiwon, World Taekwondo Federation, Korea Taekwondo Association and Taekwondo Promotion Foundation.

The joint chief of the funeral committee are Mr. Jung Man Soon(President of the Kukkiwon), Dr. Chungwon Choue(President of WTF), Mr. Kim Tae Hwan(President of KTA), and Mr. Kim Sung Tae(Chairman of TPF).

The Kukkiwon will award the late GM Lee Chong Woo 10th Posthumous Dan and hold the ceremony of bidding farewell to him in the Kukkiwon at 6:30 AM, Tuesday 11 August 2015.
