So, I was looking around, reading up on a few things, and discovered that you have to be a supporting member to be able to post pictures in threads or in an album? What's it take to be a supporting member?

I was thinking of starting a thread with pictures where you put a face to the name, but realize it probably can't be done.

Supporting memberships: either scroll to the top and click the "supporting membership" icon or click this link: http://www.martialtalk.com/supportmt.shtml

I'm also considering to become a Supporting Member, unfortunately I'm short on cash til my job returns in Fall but it is a great idea to support MT, its one of the best Martial Arts Forums around.

You are both on to something, pass the word.

Here's some information on Supporting Memebership. It's well worth the price.

What's on those exclusive "private forums" and "premium" depts. that we miss out on here? Just like to know.

Also, the supporting membership price is cheap enough, except that I feel that I already support this sight with my tremendously witty and insightful posts. LOL

You might want to re-think this when you see how extremely unattractive I am.

Well, I'm as old and ugly as they come. But I don't mind letting people suffer looking at my ugliness. We all can't be born beautiful. But as the saying goes 'beauty is only skin deep, ugly runs straight to the bone!'

While witty banter and unique insights give folks a reason to come to the site, they don't pay for servers. Or electric bills.

Bob's upgraded the server twice in the time I've been on MT. And made countless improvements to the options available in the VBulletin software. MT could be a bare bones list of posts; instead, we've got pictures and hot links and the Casino and PMs and... See what I mean?

A Supporting Membership is $19.95. Less than $2 a month... Not hard to scrape up, if you want to.
