If not, let me try to describe the steps:
Chun jin step-starting out in a fighting stance, you shuffle forward with both feet at the same time.
Who jin step-same thing but you are shuffling backward.
Ilbo chun jin step=in your fighting stance, the back leg moves forward and you resume your fighting stance 1 step forward with your torso facing the opposite direction.
ilbo who jin step-in fighting stance, the front leg moves backward so that you are now in a fighting stance 1 step behind the original starting point and your torso is facing the opposite direction.
