Permanent damage? Is there a documented case of this? I don't see a 40 year old man that still suffers from damage related to a wedgie he received as a child. Maybe I'm just ignorant on wedgie related complications, I imagine a pretty aggressive wedgie could cause some rectal bleeding, but what permanent damage could we be talking about here?
Yep there was a case where a kid had to have a testicle removed because of one

While quite rare, testicular injuries do occur from wedgies, and can result in permanent damage, up to and including the loss of the testicle.
