I don't know. In Boston it's called a noogie. I've always wondered how you say noogie in Cantoneese.
Strange, here in Michigan the "noogie fist" would refer to the middle knuckle fist.

A regional thing for sure. On the East coast we saved the middle digit to wave to our friends.
thats because there's no direct translation for any of them, therefore they are all right or all wrong in equal measure. or to put it another way, the ones you think of as correct almost certainly are not.Try to translate already known Cantonese terms. You won't get the correct translation. So google translator is not a reliable source.
