We do occasionally. I do often... I train with people younger than me! 
Seriously though, one of the things I do is to do things OTHER THAN what I already know how to do.
For instance, I will force myself to move somewhere else and do something else. It takes me out of that comfortable routine and allows me to be more free with my response. Another thing that is fun is introducing hidden weapons.
