I'm curious if there is a software that you guys know of that can do this.
When I went to check out a HEMA group, they had a basic waiver online everyone had to read. You had to digitally sign each page to show you read it, and then you'd sign at the end, much like you'd do with online taxes. I don't think I'd have much trouble copying/pasting my school's waiver online and then their software takes care of the rest. However, I'm mostly interested in if there is a site/company that does that with the waiver as well as an online application. I run a small school and we just train outside in public parks. I'm not going to accept every person that "walks through the door" and it'd be nice to have an application where they can digitally fill out their basic info, any medical history/injuries/impairments, what they're looking to gain from training, if they have any skeletons in their closet that the instructor should know about, etc.
