well i need some advice in streching exercise for being able to kick high and i tought tkd is the place to ask

There are some good stretches shown here.

Remember to warm up thoroughly first and foremost, otherwise you'll get hurt. When you do the stretches, hold for 7-10 seconds, then release the stretch SLOWLY. When you have finished all the stretches, walk for at least 3-5 minutes to cool down.
