Well, the physical aspect of MA is something that affects my daily life, it’s not a philosophy or a faith that guides my life. MA is just movement. I play a lot of tennis also, but that is also just movement. Each has techniques that I would like to master or at least get better at. They’re healthy and fun. My Christianity guides my life and is my foundation.

don`t know what it is, but recently received my 3rd degree brown belt during my training, thoughts have changed at 60 years old i`m to old to be a fighter but that's what i have always had to do fight, its all i know, been taught there are three kinds of people in the arts,
1.Those who can fight.
2.those that can teach.
3.those who can do both. which one are you.
i am number one, but want to teach this stuff but my demeanor is rough and tough, my saving grace is my heart which i will allow no one to touch, you can put so much on a person that it will change them, but let no man get to your heart.
