Yeah its pretty cool but 400 bucks cool? What do you think? would it be worth it?

Actually, I have come up with my own idea for something like that. My mom had a thighmaster thing that she never used, and by bending it around (no easy task) I think I have just the right resistance and movement to simulate an outstretched arm. all I need to do is find some way to connect it to the wall and Im good to go. I already kinda test it out, and it feels very "alive" and I think it would work really well. all that and its free!

A cool idea, but I'm wondering if it doesn't need to be stiffer, offer more resistance — maybe as much as the thighmaster, like mentioned above.

It looks like it could be useful if you need to go over the mechanics of a reaction for a straight punch.. but its so expensive. Just get a partner to hold their hand out instead. :D
