Just wanted to show you this

Our Dojo is situated in an Army barracks where the Army's nursing staff live ( they work in the military wing of a nearby civvie hospital) so we get to know them pretty well and some come to train. At the moment a lot of them are in Afghanistan, when I saw this I really wanted to show you what they are up to! It was nice to see their smiling faces!

I work at a Defence institution too and we also have people going to Iraq and Afghanistan. It is always good to know what's going on with them.
