Have done TKD since 4/75. Dabbled in Shotokan karate and judo though I hold no rank in these arts. Have studied Kali informally for last 2 years. Haven't met a martial art I didn't enjoy or respect.
Started at age 8, 1980. Trained sporadically until age 17 when I began training hard every day for about 6 years (two workouts a day, six days a week), and then settled into a "normal" life of training two to four nights a week for about 5 years. Since then I train when I feel like it or am getting worried that I'm getting too rusty.
