Hi all!
A quick about me - I'm from Kent in the UK, I started practicing Yang style Tai Chi in late 2004. Before that I had trained in Karate for 10 years (starting as a kid, carrying me through to the late-teen years) - towards the end I also did a couple of years of WTF TaeKwonDo and some Japenese Jujutsu.
In around 2008 I did a few months of Baguazhang, and while I didn't commit to studying it full time, I still practice some of the very basics that I learned.
In the last year or so, I've reconnected with my first Tai Chi teacher, who himself has been learning Xingyiquan. I'd done a little Santishr previously, and now I'm starting to play with the 5 elements.
Over the years, I've dabbled in some Wing Chun, Choi Kwang Do and a bit of Ziranmen.
At heart though, I'm a Tai Chi guy!
I used to be active on a few different forums, but they've gone by-the-by, and trying to have any kind of sensible discussion on social media is like headbutting a wall, so I came looking for a new forum!
