it’s an art many who are in BJJ do, it’s kinda like yoga to animal forms? my Explanations kinda eh.

It's alive and well in Brazil. A lot of guys I trained with do that. It's a really nice workout.

Ah, so awesome. I really wanna get into those animal-type movements. Started incorporating some as a warmup, I finish with that lizard walk he does at 2:13. Fun stuff, exhausting!
