Okay, so I'm a huge fan of spy and assassin type movies with lots of martial arts action, and I'm sure many of you can relate to that. Like the Bourne series for instance, where we know that he was trained in JKD/FMA for the fight scenes. If you're like me, you've probably given thought to how people in those trade crafts would train H2H combat to maximize their survival rates and mission effectiveness.

I'm hoping this thread spawns some fun and informative answers, and doesn't fail miserably ;-), so here's the question:

You have 1-2 years max to train yourself or someone else to become the most effective H2H fighting machine possible, skilled in all aspects of CQC. And of course you can't devote every day to combat training, as 95&#37; of your available waking hours you'd have to be training in many other aspects of your trade craft.

How would you go about this?

No right or wrong answers, just let 'em rip...
