What else do you incorporate into your martial arts training? A few ideas of cardio exercise, weight lifting, reading etc.? How do you go about fitting it into your schedule to do more various tasks to help out your martial arts?
 
I have started to use exercises I learned from Pavel Tsatsouline's videos and books to enhance the fitness aspects of my training.

Much of what he teaches has direct relevance and similarity to martial arts techniques (like his breathing methods and stretching).
