Chemical Weapons found...

These could also be pesticides they're not sure yet, these barrels were found in an agricultural facility, The problem with nerve gases and such is that theyre very similar to pesticides, so they will require further testing to confirm if what they real found were actually chemicals designed for weapons.

A not so hyped up version of the article can be found here, that one dosent reall give you all the information.

In the barrels, yes, But what about this part:

"Meanwhile, National Public Radio reporter John Burnett said an officer with the U.S. 1st Marine Division told him warheads containing sarin and mustard agent had been found south of Baghdad in a warehouse near Baghdad International Airport, seized last week by coalition forces."

I was just saying that we shouldnt jump to too many conclusions, I'd love for them to prove they are chemical weapons, perhaps it will mute much of the anti-USA setiment flying about the world right now, maybe they will see that what were doing has purpose.

It depends on what they find; tabun can double as a pesticide, and mustard lucinite(sp?) is basicly a fertilizer, so if that is all that is found, apologists for Hussein can say that it is just agricultural products. If sarin is found, however, the denials all go in the trash bin. Sarin has no agricultural aplications, since it is so toxic that miniscule amounts can produce a reaction ( lethal doses cause paralysis of the muscular system, locking them in a contracted state. Death usually the result of the diaphram locking, leaving the lungs unable to draw in air, thereby leading to suffocation).

Sarin is one of (if not the) original chemical warfare agents, first used by the Germans against the British in WWI. It is pretty much the standard by which all other Chemical Weapons are measured.
