Does anyone do a meditation involving a bouncing ball? If you do, you know exactly what I'm talking about. If not, sorry to be so cryptic, but I simply need some assistance, not a general open discussion.

I'm fairly desperate.

Haven't you asked this in other martial art forums? I know I have seen this question somewhere else.

Still, why are you "desperate" to learn something like this?

I have seen a qi gong set like you describe demonstrated by my teacher... he used a medicine ball though. It was a couple of years ago now that i saw it and i can't remember what it was called... but i shall ask him at training this week.

I've been to fightingarts.com, good sight. Some valuable lessons learned there.
