Man arrested, accused of animal abuse in Palm Bay

"BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. —

A suspected dog abuser got more than he bargained for when he ran afoul of a black belt martial arts expert. The black belt holder took a very active part in the arrest.

He probably choked him out, let him come to, saw the guy still struggling/being a dick, and choked him back out again.

Well yeah. That is what i guessed happened. But you can sit on a guy being a dick without repeated chokes.
