An Update

For those who had read orcommented in the thread 'physical handicaps" I have an update.
Tonight I promoted Phil Aka Vampyrsoul to 3rd degree.
I was going to wait till Aug. and our systems 50th anniversity but after watching him tonight I could not wait any longer.
So : Phil May I be the First to say LOng over due congradulations.
