So, once in a while, when I'm drained and just looking to waste some time, or I need to laugh at stupidity without working too hard for it, I like to watch a few films. These are:

Cabin Boy

Monty Python and the Holy Grail

Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy

There are lots of other movies I watch, but these are pretty much my fallback films...

How 'bout you?

depends on my mood.

if i've had a really bad day, it's taxi driver, unforgiven, or seven samurai.

for funny movies i like i heart huckabees, hitchhikers guide to the galaxy, & fear & loathing in las vegas.

anchorman & old school used to be staples too.

It's a little embarassing for me to admit, but when I really need to get into a better mood through laughter I can always watch the following:

Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back
Team America: World Police
Dumb and Dumber

The less embarassing fallbacks are Office Space and Idiocracy. IMO Mike Judge is long overdue for a new film!

OMG I'd almost forgotten about Cabin Boy! Chris Elliot at his funniest. He's a fine, fancy lad!

I always love watching Monty Python. Life of Brian is probably my fave, but I like them all.

Other films (non-horror) I can watch over and over again are August Rush, Mamma Mia!, Scent of a Woman, Wallace & Gromitt, Kinky Boots, Blow Dry, Bridget Jones' Diary, Sister Act, 10 Things I Hate About You, any Harry Potter, Calendar Girls, Galaxy Quest and Shrek.

None of that list includes horror movies, as I can ALWAYS watch a horror flick; good, bad or indifferent. :D
