Will there be a revolution in Iran?

Unlikely. Before a country falls to revolution, it is usually tottering and ready to fall at the next good push. Look at the USSR, at both the revolutions against the Tzars and the Communists. Iran is a decently stable country, with a well functioning political and security apparatus. A bunch of students in the streets won't cause a stable government to fall. The best that can be hoped for is pressure on the regime that will result in continuing moderation over time.

The Iranian council looking into voting irregularities has found more ballots counted than cast in 50 different voting places, although they don't believe they were enough to change the outcome of the election, according to Fox news. Iran's Revolutionary Guard vows to crush dissent, tear gas and live rounds are being used to try to stop the protests, the protests continue anyway. The gunshots are primarily being fired above the crowd, although estimates as high as 50 deaths have been reported, no way of getting an exact number of protestors dying at this point because of the media black out.

President Obama says he doesn't want U.S. to be a foil for Iranian government, although Obama is very moved by the protests according to the White House. How this whole thing works itself out will be interesting indeed.
