I used to be a Marathon runner. I always love running. Lately, I use walking to replace running (to protect my knees). When I walk, I like to train my MA drills. I have a set of
- punching drills,
- kicking drills, and
- throwing drills.
I like to repeat each drill left and right 20 times. Here are my punching drills to share. All suggestions and comments are welcome.
