As part of the waiver for accidental injury,
I have also added in that the school and
instructors are not responsible for the person
on the street. Yes this could be taken as then
why teach a technique then? But, this helps
when the guy shows up for one class then leaves
and then starts a fight and gets hurt and then
tries to sue you.
I also use the waiver form for where the student
is to inform the school of any problems or
conditions. Diabetes, etc., ..., .
If the damage is done on purpose then no waiver
is allowed. If the damage occurs in normal
issues and as an accident then this gives you
a foot to stand on in court.
Once again not a lawyer here, but have talked to
and worked with a couple on this issue. As in all
legal things, get a local offical opinion.
Have a nice day
