and 1 and half years off from training, my daughter will compete in her first tournament since. Should be fun but I don't expect much. I can tell her timing and distance are off but she still has power and speed so that should count for something. I will update the results after the tournament.

We can feel your pain Kym's deltoid ligament tear I probably 100 % now but it took 9 months..good luck to your daughter...Kym's first fight back was Cheyenne Lewis...

Oh man!! That could not have been fun. Hope she held her own. Good she is 100% now. Katie still has some pain when kicking but it is more scar tissue than the bone. Thanks for the support.
