Training

First welcome to the site and second what type of strength are you loking for and for what reasons? What type of style are you in?
 
Type of strength aside...that's an impossible question to answer. So manu factors. You will gain physcial strenght, enduyrance speed, accuracy, toughness, etc as you train....this, so far as i can tell, is a constant and on-going process...it never really ends. Hpw ypu train, what you do outside the dojang (lifting, running, nutrition, sl;eep) all play a factor as well as your genetic makeup.

My advice is to just train....set some goals and figure out hwo to reach them.. Once attained, set new goals and adjust your training accordingly.
