For me its a lot less training, as here in the UK we don't have many schools for martial arts that are open every day. Therefore my week is normally:

- Monday - Tang Soo Doo
- Tuesday - Teaching Kenpo
- Wednesday - Off
- Thursday - Kick Boxing/Wado Ryu Karate
- Friday - Off
- Saturday - Off
- Sunday - Off

However, strictly speaking only Sunday is my true 'off' day as I am also 2 weeks away from completing month 2 of the Insanity Workout which basically means I am also performing approximately 1 hr of that craziness everyday (excluding Sunday). Although, with the results, in 2 weeks I will be finished and I will move on to round 2. It is awesome!
