Well, the kenpo I do really isn't kenpo. It's more of a japanese type standing jujitsu with a bunch of aiki in it.

As far as firearms go, well, I love my 1911's, ARs, Glocks, and pretty much anything that goes boom and puts a hole in the target!

I just changed all the springs in my glock 22. My new love is my Kimber Ten II. 1911 with 14, 45 acp in the mag.
