Structure of Leadership

I was wondering what was the structure of the leadership inside the school and how aften do you make changes to keep up with the timing of everything that is new withen the TKD circles.

ok it basically goes by rank (white yellow green, sr green, blue, sr blue, brown, sr brown, red, sr red, 1st deg l1, l2, l3, l4, 2nd deg l1, l2, l3, l4, 3rd deg l1, l2, l3, l4, 4th deg, sr 4th, 5th, sr 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, and maybe 10 i dont know how high it goes) then by instructor level so a level 1 instructor sr red has more clout than a normal sr red belt, then by age and time in rank
