Went to the Ortho today and he currently thinks I bruised the bone in the knee joint, but if it is not feeling a bit better in 7 days I need to call him and go for an MRI

It is much better today, still in a brace but I am at least walking without a cane or a limp. But then I am also taking some pretty heavy duty anti-inflammatorymeds too. I will stop taking them on the weekend and see how it is doing.

Stopped the anti-inflammatory meds and I was good for a couple of days so I took off the brace and I was good for a day and now it is hurting again, been hurting for a couple days, and I am back in the damn brace and debating whether or not I should start the anti-inflammatory meds again
