I just realized it's been a year now since the ITF/WTF Protocol of Accord was signed.

At the time, I was curious how this would be implemented in practice: WTF and ITF competitors in each other's tournaments. Has anybody had any experience with this yet, or heard any interesting anecdotes?
I'm particularly curious about competitors who are in the other ITFs -- not Chang Un's ITF...have they been able to compete, or in practice has only that one ITF been able to compete?
