You guys don't get paid for your posts?
Only the staff get paid, and believe me, we're making bank. I make so much that the Italians just impounded one of my Superyachts, thinking I must be a Russian oligarch.

Have to write a 20 page specialist work about martial arts. My essay deals with structure of training in general, stretching, coordination, responsiveness and balance as well as with corneal formation...

My question is what for content I can put for example in a survey to proof if there are really physiological influences, do you have any idea or do you know in general a further aspect?
I lift weights for strength and I practice self defense techniques for speed. The Kenpo techniques alone keeps my body flexible. Hope this helps a little.
