I'm new here and this may be an unusual question. I am an artist , as well as being an artist. I was wondering if it is o.k. for me to post martial arts related art on the forum and if so, where?

It kind of depends...
If you're selling it, then be sure and check the TOS for the rules on advertising.
If you just want to post an image for people to see, then go for it. We don't have an "Art" subforum, but I don't see why it would be inappropriate to post artwork in the Photography subforum.
