I was a smoker for a bunch of years, tried everything to quit but it stuck hard. Vaping actually did help me get off cigarettes and I could tell right away my breathing and cardio got a lot better, which was a relief after always feeling winded. But now, even with vapes, the urge is still there and I guess the habit just shifts instead of going away totally. I’ll probably have a cigar at special occasions because it’s something I enjoy, but nicotine is just tough to kick. If you’re also looking into ways to manage the vaping habit, I saw some folks talk about switching up their devices or flavors to break the routine. Like trying out a tank system such as the geekvape z that offers more control than disposables, so it’s easier to cut down.

i have several minor disabilities i can`t do anything like that! namely a balance problem, Ive showed up at class with people wondering about me{at first) is he drunk or on something, very hard even after 60 years, but nothing else to do except go on!!!!

My goto phrase is 'I stagger around like a drunk monkey'! I certainly get some looks and questions at time.
Really jacked up leg/foot with prosthetics and a serious TBI will do that for ya. Hard to reconcile the 'who I was' with the 'who I am now', but I still get up and go to work every day so all is good IMHO.

when ever any body ask me where i learned to walk i just say"the cerebal pasly clinic of downtown Dallas Texas" which i did, the look they give is priceless!!!!
