Look up Team Bomb Squad or CNYMMA (I think That is it). They are in Ithica. The club is run by Tamden McCrorey (spelling?)

I train with Master David Rexer. Our school is a Tang Soo Do school and we are members of the American Tang Soo Do Association.

Master Rexer has two schools, one in Endicott, NY and one in Ithaca, NY:

When I was in Syracuse we'd have Ithacans come up their to train due to a dearth of local options.

For Elmira, Corning has usually been a good option to look at too.
