Martial Arts In New York?

Do you guys know of any MA schools in New York City (Prefer Manhattan) but still would appreaciate if its not in manhattan. Any schools in that area you guys recommend, website link?

Would you prefer a traditional environment where uniforms are worn and cultural traditions followed, or would you prefer a more gym-like atomosphere?

Goals such as Self-Defense, Fitness, Combat, Healthy Body, etc.

I would prefer traditional environment where uniforms are worn and cultural traditions are followed.

Yes, I have seen him on t.v. before, its' OK:asian: thanks, some his techniques work good some dont
