Hi there, joined a few weeks back , but havn't had the time to post properly until now.
I am a Yang Taiji Practitioner, based in Cape Town, been training MA since 1985, trained Wing Chun & Seven Star Mantis for about 8 years from 1990, while training Taiji , (the school i belonged to offered all 3) i subsequently dropped Wing Chun and Mantis (old knees) and now only play Taiji.
Recently (2 years ago) stared a lot of work with Neiyang Gong Qigong which I learned in Beidahe on a training tour.
I have travelled to China for training on a few occasions, and am particularly interested in furthering my understanding of my Taiji and Qigong.
