It depends upon if you’re morning cuppa is coffee or tea. Tea drinking can reduce your water content to below 6% in a matter of minutes making your urine flow akin to toothpaste (don’t think about it, it tastes awful as I discovered to my own cost). Coffee, on the other hand, hydrates you to about 112% and if useful if one’s occupation is ‘fireman’ (woman would need a She Wee).

It’s claimed that allergies are present because of a life in a too clean environment, so if the handkerchief frequently drop to the floor and then as frequently used to rub one’s nose one may actually become free from allergies??

I don't know.....I have always had them. My mother told me I was born with them as I had them even as a baby. Some of my earliest memories were going to the Doctor every Saturday to get 2 allergy shots. One in each arm. Ugh!

Sorry for that, needles are not fun,a a germy handkerchief almost seems as an option

Visited a Dojo today noticed there were several students with handkerchief tucked under there belts. Kind of unsightly. Also noticed several students with them stuffed into jacket right above belt. These seemed to occasionally fall out and land on floor. not sure which is worse germs going from handkerchief onto floor to be picked up by others, or germs on floor picked up by handkerchief?

I prefer my larger inside jacket pocket. Hidden and secure.

There were 11 students at the Dojo today. Noticed that 3 students, that I hadn't notice before, had handkerchief put inside jacket just above belt. Apparently handkerchiefs are more common than I thought.

One could tie the kerchief around the head like a sweatband like karate-kid did(kendokas do it too)
Or go more modern with a real sweatband -
