The problem I believe with bee stings is allergic reaction not the pain. Surely a better way is to train to defend against such strikes, there's enough accidental hits in training that I imagine men know what to expect when hit there.

So today we are going to be doing a technique that requires hitting in the groin. I wear a cup but even with the cup on it still really sucks to get there, plus we will be doing this multiple times so my question is there anything I can do minimize the impact?

Would stuffing my cup with a sock or rag make the strike not suck so badly?
Just make sure your nuts are inside the cup. Just sayin...

Okay, that made me cross my legs.

Which is why I always advise people to go for kneecaps, not testicles. And it doesn't have to be a crossing of the legs, just a movement to place a thigh over the genitals. Protects things and keeps more balance.
